At Movendo, we see ourselves as people consultants. Since 2010, we have been supporting people, teams and organisations in developing their leadership, effectively shaping change processes, and creating work cultures in which trust and psychological safety are not only possible, but a fundamental part of working life. Our work is based on a systemic understanding of leadership, organisation, and change. We help to open up perspectives, create orientation, and develop individual and collective potential. Whether in coaching, team development, or strategic change consulting, we provide impulses that have an impact and remain effective.

Our team combines many years of experience in leadership, organisational development and change processes. We come from different disciplines, including psychology, economics, education and sociology, and contribute their expertise in a wide variety of contexts. We are united by a common belief: development is successful when people, teams and organisations can work together in a trusting environment and shape new perspectives together.

With a team of over 60 consultants and project partners, we operate as a fully remote company from various locations in Europe and beyond. Our internationally networked Movendo community enables us to implement cross-border development and change programmes.
Our clients come from companies of all sizes and sectors – from start-ups to international corporations, from retail to industry, pharmaceuticals and finance.
In Latin America, we have had our own subsidiary in São Paulo since 2014. From there, we support projects throughout the LATAM region and ensure the effectiveness of our work by providing linguistically and culturally tailored advice.
