"To take the right steps forward in today's world, you need to think outside the box."

Anne-Marie Reinecker

Managing Director

In a world of constantly changing requirements and framework conditions, it can be easy for an organization, manager or team to lose the common thread and feel less agile. As a consultant and trainer, I work with my clients to look behind the façade, uncover the causes and help them find starting points to remain agile and flexible in today’s world. To do this, I sometimes ask unusual questions in order to use the answers to jointly develop a needs-based solution.

Personal

A long ride with my horse through meadows and forests – and a cake or carrot break in the sun in between. We like to be accompanied.

A perfect start to the day is when the sun is already shining when you wake up, good music is playing on the radio and there is still enough time for breakfast, preferably muesli and fruit.

Definitely the sea, preferably the Baltic Sea. In addition to lots of sunshine, it can also be really stormy for a day.

I love to spend a rainy weekend with a good book and a cup of tea on the sofa. Alternatively, a visit to the spa is always a good idea for a weekend like this.

Today I would like to be a judge for a day, probably for juvenile or family law. Alongside sociology, law was always my second choice and as justice is very important to me, I would love to try out this profession.

As we lived near the hospital helipad, I really wanted to become a helicopter pilot. However, my fear of heights brought me back down to earth. Nevertheless, I still find the job absolutely fascinating today.

That was a long time ago and was for the movie “The Blair Witch Project”. I haven’t watched horror movies since then.

In addition to my laptop, a large screen and usually a full coffee or tea cup, there is always a lot of material on my desk: post-its, various pens, paper for notes. Depending on the job, this can sometimes create a wonderful mess, but I clear it up in the evening so that I have room for something new the next day.
