What profession would you like to learn today?
Definitely a make-up artist! I like experimenting with make-up and expressing my creativity. Make-up can express and achieve so much and that’s exactly what I love about it.
What does the perfect start to the day look like?
I start every day with a delicious coffee and good music to wake me up. To have enough energy for the day, I like to make myself a smoothie – preferably from a banana, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. Simply delicious and healthy too.
What do you value most about your friends?
Her loyalty and reliability. I can rely on her 100% – that’s a great feeling. I also appreciate their honesty. They also tell me if I’m getting carried away or if they have a completely different opinion on a topic. Then we can talk about it openly and find a solution.
What has been your biggest adventure so far?
That was definitely my 3-month stay abroad in Malta. As fate would have it, it was the coldest winter in centuries. Everything from freezing temperatures to hurricanes and meter-high waves. No heating… So what did we do? We heated with candles and bought lots of blankets! Necessity is the mother of invention!
What is your motto when it comes to work?
New day – new chance! Everything I could have done better yesterday, I can do today. I am always grateful for the many opportunities to learn something new and develop myself further. Life is a never ending journey!
Which book has had a lasting influence on you?
“Becoming” by Michelle Obama. In my opinion, she is one of the greatest women. She has shown so much courage and strength, was by her husband’s side as First Lady and at the same time a great mother and wife who never lost sight of her dreams. That really impressed me. You can be so many things if you want to! Anything is possible if you believe in yourself.
When does a workout inspire you?
I find it particularly inspiring when the participants jump over their shadows and open up. Sometimes it’s difficult to talk about your own problems in everyday working life. The moment when they come up with a solution together is priceless. The solution is often already inside them. Multi-brain thinking is always helpful, no matter what the problem is.
What is your best childhood memory?
There are so many of them. As my family owns several farms, I spent a lot of time there as a child. I loved being out in the fresh air and being with the animals. The moments when the animals had offspring were particularly beautiful. It was a magical moment for me when a little calf or piglet was born and I was allowed to be there.
