What dream would you like to fulfil?

To grow up my kids and see them continously embracing learning and development to fulfil their dreams and aspirations, aware of the others around them and the environment. I truly believe we need to leave better people to our planet.

Versatile and agile learner professional continuously seeking opportunities for building value.

What did you want to become when you were a child?

My dream was to be a professional athlete, both individual and collective sports can teach us vary valuable lessons. Today as a business professional I see so many similarities between sports and business that frequently my mind is building bridges to serve as potent metaphors for learning.

If you could transform yourself into another person – who would this be?

Michael Jordan - he is an example of dedication, talent, and learning from mistakes and wins.

What has been your biggest adventure so far?

To climb an active volcano with open crater in Chile (Villarica vocano 2.843 m), Camino de Santiago de Compostela by bike with my wife, and Colca Canyon in Peru (the world deepest) with my kids and wife.

Which film strongly influenced you ?

Forest Gump was remarkable for bringing fun, drama, beauty and showing that human potential is unpredictable. I really like this quote from Forest: "I don´t know if we each have a destiny, or if we´e just floating around accidental - like on a breeze."

The most funny mishap during a training?

There were some plumbers fixing something in the roof of a training room and then suddenly a foot came out of the ceiling with a massive amount of water, literally a waterfall. It was a shock for a moment but immediately after we confirmed that nobody was injured everybody was laughing a lot.

How do you know that your participants are inspired by your training?

When eyes and ears are wide open and then immediately after deep insights come out by sharing with others and by writing it down to make sure to go back to it. When people come to say thanks after a seminar and how important it was to participate.
